Can I use my subscription on multiple devices ?

Please pay attention, Subscriptions can be used on multiple devices, but you can watch only on one device at a time.

 
How does IPTV Gold Package work?

IPTV Gold Package works by delivering TV signals and content through IP packets over an internet connection. You can access and watch your favorite channels and content using compatible devices.

 

My account is not working what should I do ?

First, please check your network connection, reboot your router and device, and then try again.

Secondly, if your network connection is stable, please check whether your account is used on other devices. As you can view from more than 1 device at the same time or reach out to our dedicated customer support team for assistance.

 

What is the streaming quality offered?

Iptv Gold Package, provides streaming quality in various resolutions, including SD, HD, and 4K, depending on your subscription plan and the content availability.

 

What if I want to change plans?

It’s quick and easy to switch between our different pricing plans. Just contact us and we will switch your plan.

 

Does my subscription start to be active right after I make a payment?

Subscription starts to be active from the moment you will receive your activation credentials in your e-mail.

 

I placed my order, what's next ?

Once you place your order and the payment is confirmed, you will receive 2 emails from us. The first one is basically the invoice, and the second one will be sent shortly and will contain the login details. If you didn’t find it in your inbox, check your spam/junk folder.

However, on rare occasions,s, it may take up to 8 hours to deliver your order.

How long will it take to proces my order ?

We aim to email you within 2 min – 1 hour of purchase to arrange setup of your order. Please note during busy periods at evenings and weekends orders may take up 3 hours to process .

 

What guarantee do you offer ?

99% uptime guarantee on the service. The service is available 24/7/365. If you have an issue, contact us, and it should be responded to within the shortest period possible, usually within an hour or less during the working hours.

If some channels are freezing, buffering or not working sometimes?

Though almost all of our Servers are stable, sometimes some channels do freeze or don’t work due to various reasons but it’s not for permanently.
In the rare event of a service outage or technical issue, we have a dedicated technical support team available to resolve problems promptly.

 

My channel is buffering what should I do?

Sometimes you may experience buffering due to low internet speed or high internet traffic.

Cause: The most common cause of buffering is the result of a slow internet connection. This may be because of low internet speed or other users hogging the bandwidth in your house.

Do you have lots of users in your home? Disconnect them all and try again. The second reason is that you are using Wi-Fi, which is not suited for watching TV as you need direct (LAN) connection to the internet network in order to enjoy smooth watching without interruptions.

Resolution: Directly connect to your router using a LAN (Ethernet) cable or to a power-line adapter. If not possible, try moving the box closer to the router. Change your WI-FI channel, to avoid interference with nearby devices. If you experience buffering press “pause” for 10-15 seconds and resume, most of the time that will eliminate the need to buffer.
